No. This site is published by Jeffery Ng, a salesperson registered with the Council for Estate Agencies (registration R050136D) at Huttons Asia Pte Ltd (licence L3008899K). It is not the website of the developer, HDB or URA. No unit is offered for sale here, and there is no showflat to book yet.
How this site is sourced
Every factual claim on this site comes from HDB's land tender, official announcements, or reporting by named property publications. Each page links its primary sources — HDB, URA and OneMap — and shows when it was last updated. Where a figure comes from a property publication or an agency's market commentary rather than a primary source, the publication is named in the text. Where something is an analyst estimate rather than a fact, it is labelled as an estimate and attributed.
What you will not find here
- Prices, floor plans, unit mixes or artist's impressions before the developer releases them.
- Showflat appointments or "VVIP preview" registrations for a project that has no developer yet.
- Claims of being an expert, a specialist or number one, which CEA's advertising guidelines do not allow without verifiable records.

How we work with buyers
There is no fee to a buyer at any stage of a new launch; the developer pays the commission. That means our value has to come from telling you the truth about a project, including when it is a poor fit for your household. If a 10-year MOP does not suit your plans, we will say so and point you at the projects still under the old rules.
